Not medical advice. The information on this website is for general educational purposes. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified health care provider about a medical condition.
No provider–patient relationship. Using this website, sending a message, or requesting an appointment does not create a provider–patient relationship. That relationship begins only after you are seen by Matthew J. Dunn, ARNP, DC, and accepted as a patient.
Emergencies. Do not use this website or email for urgent or emergency needs. If you think you are having a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. For a mental health crisis, call or text 988.
Telehealth. Telehealth visits are available only to patients who are physically located, at the time of the visit, in a state where Dr. Dunn holds an active license: Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, Tennessee, or Washington. Not every condition is appropriate for telehealth, and Dr. Dunn may recommend an in-person evaluation. Prescribing of controlled substances follows federal and state law and is at the provider’s clinical discretion.
Insurance. Insurance participation can change, and coverage depends on your specific plan. Please confirm your benefits with your insurer before your visit.
Website communications. Messages sent through this website and by regular email are not encrypted end to end. Please do not include personal medical information. Patients can communicate securely through the patient portal.
